Changes and Returns
Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To make a product change, you must follow these steps:
1. Request the return by mail to email@example.com within 7 working days of the date of receipt of the product.
2. The item must be received by My Magnifiers within a maximum period of 15 business days.
3. The customer must be responsible for both the cost of sending it to us and the new shipment that we will make for which he will have to pay 6 euros in case of domestic shipments. It must be returned in perfect condition. No money will be refunded in any case and the difference will not be redeemed, in case of exchange for a lower priced product, for the new shipment. The customer is responsible for the product until it reaches us.
We recommend that the item be sent by courier or certified mail and that the proof of shipment be retained.
In the event that My Magnifiers has mistakenly submitted an item other than the one requested or that the quality of the shipped item is not adequate, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the change. In this case, we will bear the costs of both shipping and return.
Returns will not be accepted for shipments due.
There will be one month of time from the purchase of an item for exchange for another equal in case of factory defect.
